We have fulfillment centers in the US, UK, and Australia, with more to follow in 2021.
We ship worldwide, and offer tracked shipping options only.
Cellphone Stylist currently only offers an online shopping experience for our customers, and we currently do not have a physical store and location.
Once you have completed your order, we print your case at our nearest fulfillment center, where it goes through a quality assurance process to ensure high quality before it is shipped out. Our process times can take between 1-2 business days prior to orders being dispatched.

Cellphone Stylist's selection of phone case types and tech accessories are durable and functional with minimal impact on style and look.
The snap case is made of a one-piece impact resistant Polycarbonate shell (extremely strong plastic!) and its slim form factor and lightweight design gives the snap case a modern look. It has minimal impact on overall device size.
The tough case is a dual layer case for extra durability and protection and consists of an impact resistant Polycarbonate outer shell, and an inner Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) liner for extra impact resistance.

Furthermore, we use the best industry leading 3D printing equipment, technology, and processes in the world. The backbone of this system is our proprietary printing machine, which renders extremely high quality resolution images up to 300ppi. The technology wraps our designs all the way around the sides of the case giving you a fully 3D printed case. The embedded image is stunning quality and will not fade, bleed, rub off, or be easily damaged by exterior abrasions.

Yes, all Cellphone Stylist phone cases support wireless charging.
The easiest way to remove your Cellphone Stylist phone case is to first lift one side or one corner up from the bottom of the case, then gently remove the case.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments (our credit card processor), as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Major credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
A refund may be provided for various situations, including an order cancellation, return or due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are only applied to the original payment method. If your original payment method (e.g. credit card) was closed or canceled, please contact your bank for assistance.
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on the original payment method. We refund orders in the currency that was used when checking out. For refunds of payments that were made in US Dollars but from a foreign bank account, your refund amount may vary from the original purchase amount due to differences in currency conversion and/or bank fees. We are not responsible for changing exchange rates and cannot control the amount credited.

If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order, or use our Track Order page to check on the order status.
If you would like to change your order, i.e. design, case type, case finish or phone model, then simply contact us as promptly as possible, certainly within 24 hours, with your order number.
If the order has not dispatched, we are able to adjust your order, although once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to change or cancel as the order is already on its way to you. You may request a return for a refund, using the steps as outlined in our Return Policy, once you are in receipt of the item(s).

In light of recent events regarding COVID-19, and its impact on logistics and global delivery services, there are temporary delays, which may extend shipping times sporadically. We ship worldwide, and leverage tracked shipping options only for ease of mind. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout where you are able to select your preferred shipping option.
Yes, we offer free shipping for select countries (such as the UK and US), while for other countries the volume of purchase (i.e. number of cases purchased) may unlock free shipping options.
Shipping fees depend on the country that you reside in. Available shipping options and respective pricing will be shown to you during the checkout process and prior to finalizing your purchase.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout, which will specify the shipping carrier. All shipping options are trackable, and you will be able to track your order here, once your item has been dispatched from our respective fulfillment center.
Most orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 business days due to high volumes or stock replenishment. Your order will be delivered via your local Postal Services.

Each case goes through a well inspected quality control process by a member of the production team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best product! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes we can get it wrong.Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the issue and make it right!If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away, within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item(s), using the form provided in the Contact Us section.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return here, within 30 calendar days of the order date.
To be eligible for a return, all returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date, and in addition, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
