We offer worldwide shipping. All shipping options are tracked.

Most orders are being dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 business days due to high volumes or stock replenishment. Your order will be delivered via your local Postal Services.

We ship worldwide to all continents and zones. 

We currently have fulfillment centers in the US, UK, and Australia, with additional locations to be added in the near future to ensure we not only maintain worldwide coverage, but more importantly are able to deliver to all destinations as expediently and efficiently as possible.

General shipping duration estimates are outlined below showing a range for all available shipping options for each region.  Please refer to specific shipping estimates for selected shipping options at checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • We offer free shipping options for the US, UK, Canada, Brazil, and Australia. Free shipping options may be subject to volume purchased.

  • Please select your desired shipping preference at time of check out for specific pricing and available shipping options for your destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any import fees (e.g. customs, taxes/VAT or duty fees).

  • Taxes are only collected for customers with a shipping address in Texas, USA (as we are required to collect taxes for customers located within the state our business is registered in).

Tracking Information

All merchandise is shipped out using tracked shipping methods. When you receive your shipping confirmation email, a tracking number for the respective shipping service is provided.  You can either register an account on our My Account page, and login to see your order(s) and track your order there, or alternatively use the respective shipping carriers' tracking functions using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

You may see a pause in updates while your package transitions from the origin point to your local carrier - this can take up to 1-2 business days. Once your local carrier has the package, updates will resume to the tracking site.
